Light

Bright, Indirect Light: This is the most crucial factor for maintaining the plant’s bright, luminous color. A spot near an east-facing window or a few feet from a south or west-facing window is ideal. The new leaves emerge in a bright yellow-green and will mature into a softer green.
Avoid Direct Sun: Direct sunlight will scorch the leaves and can cause them to fade or develop brown, crispy spots.
