Cancellation Policy
We believe in helping our customers as far as possible and have, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non-durable items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once our team has checked and determined the same at their own end. This should be reported within 3 hrs of receipt of the products.

If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, we’ll cancel it straight away. However, once it’s dispatched, it’s yours to keep. We are not providing an order cancellation option after dispatch.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 3 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.


Refund Policy

Please expect minor blemishes or leaf damage to your plants, as plants get a shock when they are in a box for a few days. Orders delivered & accepted by the customer cannot be refunded. In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our customer care team immediately within 24 hrs.

If your plant arrives in a dead/damaged or near-dead condition, or in any discrepancy, please send us your Order ID and a picture of the plant/planter with the packaging box to [email protected] / WhatsApp no: +91-9744707368 within 24 hours of receipt.

The possibility of damage to the plant is a shipping risk that must be accepted by the buyer. If the plant sent is damaged or rotten, a plant replacement will be carried out and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Easy 14 days refund or replacement
If a wrong or damaged product is delivered, then it has to be informed to us with images within 14 days after delivery. If approved, we will process your refund in 10-15 days in your original payment method. We will initiate a refund or send the replacement product accordingly. Please note that if the plants have been repotted, we cannot guarantee that your replacement request will be approved.
